Convenient cheesecake preparation

A powdered mix for preparing cheesecake.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Catalog directions: 200 g mix + 250 g water + 300–350 g labneh or mascarpone + 650–700 g whipped cream. Mix powder with water, then add cream and cheese. Mix for 1 minute at low speed and 2 minutes at high speed. Freeze for at least 2 hours; serve with sauce.
Packaging: 10 × 1 kg sachets (10 kg carton); 10 kg and 25 kg kraft bags.
